  • Customize your coursework with our five concentrations including: Higher Education Administration, Transformative School Leadership, Workplace Learning, Innovative Teaching and Learning, and Integrative Studies.
  • Gain skills, knowledge, and disposition to approach challenges in your professional environment with an understanding of how to assess organizational needs, develop strategies to create change, and assess their effectiveness.
  • Augment online studies with opportunities to meet with fellow students in Boston, Seattle, or Charlotte to form relationships, network, and share ideas.
  • Collaborate with an ever-expanding global network of education leaders, including students, renowned faculty, and distinguished alumni.
