Northeastern’s Bouvé College of Health Sciences invites you to learn about the Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis program on Wednesday, April 12, from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. ET. Here is your chance to connect with the experts, ask questions, and prepare to enroll this spring or fall.
Application Deadlines:
The increase in demand for board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) has been astronomical in the last decade. Our program allows you to meet BCBA coursework requirements and demonstrate assessed skills. Advance your career as a behavior analyst overseeing the educational and behavioral programming of individuals with autism or behavioral needs.
Participants in the webinar will:
Meet Nicole Davis
Nicole Davis is an associate clinical professor in the Applied Behavior Analysis program. She earned her master's and doctoral degrees in behavior analysis at Simmons College and is a board-certified behavior analyst with a wide range of experience in education. She has worked with students with autism spectrum disorders, other developmental and intellectual disabilities, trauma histories, and general education students at all grade levels in public and private schools and in-home and community-based settings. Davis' interest in behavior analytic technologies extends far beyond educating young students.
Although she is committed to promoting the application of behavior analysis in all areas of human and animal behavior, Davis is specifically interested in behavior analytic approaches to substance abuse treatment, eating behavior, avoidance, and learning in higher education.
Meet Andrew Bonner
Andrew Bonner completed his PhD in behavior analysis at the University of Florida and is the Charlotte-based program director. He is a BCBA-D with extensive experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a large range of clinical contexts. His areas of expertise include the assessment and treatment of severe problem behavior, skill acquisition, and verbal behavior. In addition, Bonner is engaged in other areas of research, including evaluating interventions to enhance literacy in under-resourced schools using direct instruction and community organizing; using family and home-based interventions to improve social-emotional learning and reduce challenging behavior in neurotypical learners; and developing small- and large-scale interventions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
