A revolution is coming and it will have a direct effect on our lives! Over the next several decades medicine as we know today will cease to exist. No longer will we have to go to the doctor for a diagnosis and generalized treatments. Doctors will be able to unlock the secrets of our own genome and use that information to develop a treatment specifically for us. Even more incredibly, doctors will be able to use our own cells to develop the very treatment we need! Come learn about the science behind what might seem like science fiction.
Whether you are a student, researcher, educator, or simply are curious about the future, come and join us for this inspiring conversation! Among his multiple academic appointments, Dr. Auclair directs the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Center of Regulatory Excellence in Biotherapeutics, and oversees the International Council for Harmonisation training. See his full biography below.
The event is open to all interested public. It will take place on Saturday, February 10, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel located at 92 Haverlock Road, Singapore.
As part of the conversation, you will also learn about Northeastern University’s bold vision for the future: Northeastern 2025. A University representative will be on hand to answer questions about undergraduate and graduate study options available on our campuses in Boston, Seattle, and Silicon Valley.
The space for this event is limited, and registration is required.
